Milk fat and eggs also contain lesser amounts of the vitamin. Beta carotene is the safest form of vitamin A since the body is only able to convert the amount of vitamin it needs. Carrots,vegetables and sweet potatoes will commonly contain vitamin A . This is direct evidence that these are the types of products one should consume in large quantities. Vitamin D is naturally obtained from the sun. Fatty fish, mushrooms, and egg yolks also contain small amounts of vitamin D.

Finally the best source of vitamin E is whole food such as nuts and seeds. Some traces of vitamin e are also available in greens. Bio availability of synthetic vitamin E is much lower than that of natural vitamin e and thus synthetic vitamin E should be rarely consumed. Natural vitamin e is also available in maca. Maca contains naturally occurring vitamin E. Maca is used to make medicine and it is a radish naturally occurring root. The various advantages of Maca is that it boosts memory, it enhances energy and stamina. For the body to function properly it requires minerals and supplements.
